TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Store Hours

We are open 7 days a week, from 10am to 6 pm except
during PowWow Season - April thru October when our
store hours can vary greatly.

Terms

Your initial wholesale purchase must be at
least $100.00 in merchandise.
Later purchases may be less as long
as the minimum quantities are met.

Quantities quoted in this wholesale catalog are the
minimum wholesale QUANTITY.

Orders for less than the minimum QUANTITY
will be priced at the prevailing retail price.

For pre-paid mail order (check, credit card or money order),
there will be a $3.50 surcharge for shipping and handling.

All shipping charges will be as invoiced or actual shipping cost
via U.S. Postal First Class or Priority with the goal
of a 2-3 day delivery time.

We will ship via any other carrier at your request for the exact
shipping charges plus the $3.50 shipping surcharge.

Please remember that all carriers other than the Postal Service require
exact street addresses, a P O Box will not work for these other carriers.

COD orders will be charged the $3.50 surcharge
and a $6.00 COD handling fee.

All carriers require either check or money order upon
receipt of the order.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE U.S
For those customers ordering items to be shipped outside the
United States, there will be an additional charge of approximately
25% of the total shipping calculated by the shopping cart.
Shipping costs vary from country to country so the actual charges
may be more or less than the 25% additional charge.
You will only be charged the actual shipping costs plus the
$3.50 surcharge.
*This additional charge will be added to your bill at the
time of processing.

IMPORT RESTRICTIONS
Most of our products can be sent internationally. While we do know
what we can export, we have no way of knowing what is legal for
you to import into your country, and we reserve the right to remove
items from your order which are illegal to export. It is your
responsibility to contact your local customs or postal official to
determine which products can be legally imported. We are not
responsible for any importation fees and/or confiscated items.

CUSTOMS/IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
Your country may have import duties or taxes that are due on your
order when you receive it. We have no way of knowing what the
cost will be, and you are responsible for these fees. If this is a
concern, please check with your local customs/postal official before ordering. We are required by law to include a commercial invoice
with all international shipments, and we cannot reduce the dollar
value on your invoice or mark your package as 'gift'.

Backorders

We try to keep standard items in stock at all times but this is not
always possible. If you do not want to have an item backordered,
please let us know.

WE DO NOT SUBSTITUTE ITEMS UNLESS
SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED TO DO SO.

PLEASE NOTE
If we backorder an item that you have ordered, we will charge
only ACTUAL POSTAGE. Shipping and handling charges are
only charged on the ORIGINAL ORDER, not on the backorder.

Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase
within 10 days of receipt, call or e-mail us for return authorization.

We will credit your account or exchange the item.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Any returns after 10 days will be subject to a restocking fee.
